In 2018, ATC began its journey into implementing lean six sigma principles. ATC partnered with other leading virtual call center businesses and trained our entire recruiting team and sales team on using more streamlined tools and implemented use of leading CRM technology to empower our and equip our leadership team to recruit with excellence across our business operations and better engage and support our work-from-home staff of independent contractors.
